Everyone’s welcome. See you there!
The club leaderboard following the May show has been posted. Click here or go to www.homestead-livery.co.uk and click on the ‘latest points’ link.
Remember, the next show is Sunday 28th June. The next club date is Dressage & Combined Training on 21st June.
Its been a lovely introduction to Spring – the clocks changed, the weather has been gorgeous – long may it continue! The first HSL show is on Sunday 17th of May, followed by Dressage on 31st – so just enough time to get your equine pals and their tack sparkling and for you to hunt out your boots and show jacket – ready for action! In preparation we have some more dates for flatwork & jumping lessons…
Welcome back! It’s been a long cold winter so far this year, however, the nights are beginning to get lighter, the birds are twittering in the morning & the horses are beginning to shed their winter coats. Spring is in the air…!
Time to put a spring in your steps with a few clinics:
Well, like me I’m sure you have all been busy getting out the winter rugs, clipping and generally cleaning mud off everything! The clocks have changed and as I write we are less than 7 weeks from Christmas… still time for some last minute schooling though – here’s the list of clinics for the next 7 weeks.
In case anyone has yet to get the message, please note Tracy’s contact number has changed – it’s now 07980 135519.
Following the September show, the final championship standings are now available on the Homestead web site.
Thanks to everyone who came and made the last show day special! Trophies and rosettes will be awarded at the presentation evening, this Saturday 25th October. Tickets are £12 per person, which includes a buffet – contact Tracy for more information. Hope to see you all there!
Summer is over, what Summer I hear you all cry! At least we had the Olympics this year to inspire us, especially the Event Team and Tina Cook. Personally, I’m trying to be Dressage Star Emma Hindle, although I’m not sure Norman is on the same wavelength!
I don’t know about you but I think there is definitely a nip in the air though – I’m off to hunt out the rugs… As usual here’s the list of clinics and events for the next 2 months:
Unfortunately the cross country field is still waterlogged and will not be fit to host the show cross event planned for the 7th. Apologies if you were planning on coming – but we still hope to see you at the final summer show on September 28th!
Thanks to all who braved the weather! Results for Novice 32, Prelim 7 and CT after the jump…
